We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, customer service, and staff training. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all customer service standards are met, and developing strategies to increase sales and profitability. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for managing staff schedules, training new employees, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members.
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and profits.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management and customer service
- Strong skills in staff training, team management, and supervising
- Expertise in food service management and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Knowledge of inventory control and cash handling procedures
- Experience in both casual and fine dining environments
