Position Summary:
We are seeking a residency-trained optometrist to join our highly skilled and supportive team. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, team-oriented, and passionate about specialty care. This role offers the opportunity to practice full-scope optometry in a dynamic, research-driven environment with an emphasis on ocular disease, pediatric eye care, and co-management of surgical patients.
Core Responsibilities:

Provide full-scope optometric care to a diverse patient population, including pediatrics

Diagnose and manage ocular diseases such as glaucoma, dry eye, and retinal conditions

Co-manage patients with ophthalmologists for cataract, LASIK, and other surgical procedures

Participate in active clinical research trials and contribute to innovative care models

Fit specialty and standard contact lenses
- Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive eye care
Qualifications:

Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution

Completion of an accredited optometric residency program (preferred)

Active Florida optometry license or eligibility for licensure
