What Do We Do?
As a dedicated Team Member, you are a vital member of the Fazoli's team who is also learning and developing the essential skills to advance your career. You will work closely with your management team and crew to ensure the success of your Fazoli’s Restaurant. In order to fulfill this important role successfully you will need the following:

Responsibilities
A Fazoli's Guest Ambassador is a team member focused on ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience for every customer. Their primary responsibility is to create a welcoming and efficient atmosphere in the dining room, ensuring guests feel comfortable and well-served.
- Welcoming and Greeting Guests: Warmly greet guests as they enter the restaurant, creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for their visit.
- Maintaining a Clean and Organized Dining Area: Ensure the dining room is tidy, tables are clean, and the overall environment is inviting for guests.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Be attentive to guests' needs, promptly addressing any questions or requests they may have.
- Assisting with Order Taking and Delivery: May assist with taking orders, delivering food to tables, and ensuring orders are accurate and timely.
- Communicating with Kitchen and Service Staff: Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
- Supporting the Overall Restaurant Team: Be a team player, assisting other team members as needed to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Ensuring Guest Satisfaction: Actively strive to ensure each guest has a positive dining experience, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Starting pay ranges between $10.00 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent on experience and availability.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Casual dining/fast casual experience preferred but not required. Associates with grand opening and high-volume experience are highly encouraged to applied.
