Responsible for computer equipment handling and transport. Requires familiarity with driving a mid-sized box truck, cargo vans, and navigating loading docks.
·Responsible for decommissioning and sanitization of end user's devices at the end of term.
·Responsible for basic field support including desktop reimaging and deployment of new end user devices with Windows 10 operating systems.
·Responsible for basic field support hardware and software device support including troubleshooting, hardware replacement, applying prebuilt image packages.
Customer Service Skills
·Troubleshooting skills with basic hardware and software components
·Selected Contract must complete Driver Safety Trainer Required
·Must be able to obtain driver authorization
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.75 - $23.79 per hour
