As a champion for compliance, continuous improvement, and the voice of the customer, you will have overall responsibility for managing all facets of the quality operation to ensure outstanding supplier relationships while achieving or exceeding all elements of our customer scorecard and plant KPIs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, monitor, and administer plant quality goals and objectives per corporate guidelines and customer targets.
- Review customer complaints and ensure problem resolution.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate all facets of the quality operation.
**Requirements:**
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with increasing management and supervisory responsibility required.
- Automotive experience is highly desired.
- Experience in a complex manufacturing setting is highly desired.
