As a Maintenance Supervisor reporting to the Head of Maintenance, you will assist Production in achieving their productivity goals by setting up a maintenance regiment that will enhance our equipment to run efficiently with minimal down time.

Your Contribution
As a Maintenance Supervisor reporting to the Head of Maintenance, you will assist Production in achieving their productivity goals by setting up a maintenance regiment that will enhance our equipment to run efficiently with minimal down time.
- Track all TPM’s, PPM’s and charting to show logics.
- Update the Team on Continuous Improvement projects and Kaizen events.
- Safety and Environmental Process knowledge, OSHA standards, regulatory and codes
- Responsible for all maintenance purchasing functions, including parts crib and cost control measures.
- This is a critical role for the facility.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Related experience within the automotive manufacturing industry focusing on maintaining very large campus, equipment, machinery and personnel.
- Knowledge in IATF16949 Audits and ISO14001 Audits and processes.
- Proven Leadership Abilities
- Ability to understand the areas in which training is needed in the department.
