Assistant Property Caretaker

A client in Bridgehampton, NY, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Caretaker to join their experienced and tenured team. This hands-on role involves working closely with the Property Manager to oversee a variety of responsibilities, including property maintenance, seasonal cleaning, and special projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a service-oriented mindset, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work both independently and with minimal supervision. Prior experience in private residence caretaking is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual Salary : $40 / hour
• Benefits Package : Comprehensive, including a generous healthcare stipend, paid time off, sick days, and paid holidays
• Position Type : Full-time, hourly, with overtime eligibility
• Schedule : Generally, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM, with flexibility for additional hours and weekend work, especially during the summer
