We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our client's private estate team in Manalapan. This is a full-time, year-round position offering an opportunity to work in a luxury private home environment.
The ideal candidate will be a hardworking team player with a strong eye for detail and a passion for high-quality housekeeping and estate management. A professional demeanor and a commitment to exceptional cleaning standards are essential for success in this role. The ability to continuously improve your housekeeping skills will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the general cleaning and specialty cleaning of the residence. Report any issues to the Estate Manager.
- Provide expert care of delicate materials and surfaces, including antiques, fine china, crystal, brass, marble, artwork, and silver.
- Prioritize daily tasks, focusing on kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms first thing each day.
- Manage household laundry, including handwashing, ironing, pressing, and steaming of garments and luxury linens. Maintain a dry-cleaning log.
- Handle deep cleaning and organizational projects during the family's absence.
- Maintain fresh flowers and ensure their proper care throughout the home.
- Communicate effectively with the Estate Manager, team members, and the principals.
- Assist with serving and clean-up during dinner parties and other private events as needed.
- Run errands and assist with pet care when requested.

Schedule :
Typically, Wednesday - Sunday from 11 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. When the family is not in residence, there is potential for a Monday to Friday schedule.
