What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Assistant position at MAHLER PRIVATE STAFFING?
We are seeking to hire an experienced Personal Assistant to provide both administrative and personal support to a retired executive couple.
This is a unique opportunity for a professional with excellent organizational and follow-through skills who can pivot effectively when executing tasks.
The key responsibilities include managing the principals' calendars, scheduling both personal and business appointments, overseeing vendors and performing household organizational projects, assisting the principals with preparing correspondence and triaging emails.
Schedule :
This is a full-time position with a general Monday through Friday 8 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm schedule with occasional additional hours when needed. The position is located mostly in the family's business office and at their north shore of Milwaukee home.
Compensation :
The compensation is $100,000 annually with overtime eligibility, along with a benefits package, including health insurance and a retirement plan.
