Responsibilities
- Work on all phases of a project from schematic design through construction administration
- Prepare architectural drawings, documentation, and specifications
- Develop architectural plans and solutions
- Provide consultant coordination through the lifecycle of a project
- Investigate program application and spatial consequences
- Research products, detailing and other materials used in design
- Contribute design ideas and possible solutions within the design team
- Research codes and perform due diligence
- Prepare graphic presentations
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in architecture
- A minimum of five (5) years of firm experience
- Experience in documentation and construction administration
- Skilled in Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Abode CS, Microsoft Office
- Ability to express ideas clearly in 2D and 3D digitally
- Ability to independently plan, research, and organize a variety of information
- Experience in researching building and zoning codes
- Enthusiasm about the art and science of the mental, physical, and environmental design choices that lead to sustainable, transformational systems

Starting annual salary range is $80,000 – $100,000 dependent on experience. Please note that with pay equity analysis, starting salary is based on the experience stated on your resume/application. Mahlum employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonus compensation in addition to salary.
