Our Woodridge, IL office is looking for a temporary Mahoney Managed Third Party Administrator to join our team. The position is an in-office role with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid role after 60 days. This position will assist the MM Trap Route Administrator and MM Manager with real time communications and coordination with Third Party Vendors, Customers, Subcontractors and Mahoney Environmental personnel to resolve daily tactical issues. As this is a temporary role it does not qualify for benefits.
Starting hourly rate: $21.00
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm
3-month assignment with possible extension if needed.

- Work closely with MM Manager, MM Administrator, and Area Operations Managers to execute day to day operations with company goals to service our customers.
- Answer phone calls for TPW services.
- Sorting verifying, entering, manually billing, and filing of TPW trap receipts.
- Maintaining spreadsheets for the TPW services.
- Work with Credit Department to clear up AIR for TPW customers.
- Working with Facility Managers TPW customers to insure document support and on time in TPW.
- Faxing/Mailing trap manifests to customers and municipalities.
- Maintaining accurate records for our third-party vendors.
- Entering and updating all information TPW.
- Monitoring TPW work orders and attaching information to manifest and invoices
- Following all safety rules and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer skills (word and excel)
- Data entry and clerical skills.
- At least two years of customer service experience.
- Ability to communicate information as needed to outside services.
