The Senior VP of Sales and Marketing holds a multifaceted role, steering both sales and marketing teams towards achieving the company’s revenue and growth objectives. This position involves crafting strategic plans that align with the company’s goals, fostering collaboration between sales and marketing to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective market penetration. Experience in team leadership and talent development is crucial, as the role involves mentoring sales teams and fostering a high- performance culture. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software is also beneficial, reflecting the evolving landscape of sales and marketing. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Oversee the marketing team’s efforts in brand management, market research, and the creation of promotional materials and campaigns to enhance product visibility and market penetration.
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships while identifying and tapping into new business opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.
- Set financial goals and prepare the annual budget for the sales and marketing departments, monitoring expenditures and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet financial objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and provide ongoing training to the sales and marketing teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet their targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners, and to stay informed about new technologies and trends in the sales and marketing field.
- Establish a close working relationship and effective collaboration with other departments to translate marketing plans into a Business Sales Strategy that will achieve profitable revenue growth for the current product/service offerings.
- Develop and administer annual sales incentive programs that fosters action and response by the sales team in support of their mission to grow the business.
