The Senior VP of Sales and Marketing holds a multifaceted role, steering both sales and marketing teams towards achieving the company’s revenue and growth objectives. This position involves crafting strategic plans that align with the company’s goals, fostering collaboration between sales and marketing to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective market penetration. By analyzing market trends and customer needs, the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing tailors approaches to maximize market share and profitability. Primary Duties Include
Experience: Extensive experience in sales leadership, strategic planning, and market analysis. A background in developing & executing sales strategies, along with a proven track record in achieving sales targets is essential. Experience in team leadership and talent development is crucial, as the role involves mentoring sales teams and fostering a high- performance culture. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software is also beneficial, reflecting the evolving landscape of sales and marketing. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Starting annual salary for this position is between $225,000 - $250,000.
