Accounts Payable Specialist – High Volume Transactions
Location : Howell, NJ
Salary : $100,000 annually (based on experience)
Hours : Flexible Schedule – 9 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM (with 1.5 hours of remote work after 3 : 30 PM)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to handle high-volume transactions with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate is skilled in QuickBooks, detail-oriented, and experienced in invoicing, purchasing, and inventory management. Experience in eCommerce is a plus!
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice & Payment Processing : Handle high-volume transactions, including wire transfers and payables reconciliation.
- Purchase Orders : Review, approve, and ensure accuracy of purchase orders.
- QuickBooks Management : Accurately record and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Problem-Solving : Resolve discrepancies and process-related challenges promptly.
- Collaboration : Work with internal teams to improve workflows and maintain accuracy.
