Our client is a growing healthcare organization seeking a strategic CFO / Controller with strong leadership skills, healthcare finance expertise, and experience with Sage Intacct to drive our financial strategy and build a high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance function, including overseeing a team of 2-3 professionals in accounting and finance.
- Manage the implementation and optimization of Sage Intacct for financial reporting and analysis.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making and organizational growth.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Provide leadership on cash flow, cost control, revenue cycle management, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial strategies with company goals.
