The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Innovative and strategic with accounting processes. Willing to evaluate procedures and possible automation to provide accurate reporting.
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
-Thoroughly understanding job cost reporting.
-Focused on creating and following efficient processes to achieve goals.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain financial processes and procedures.
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
-Monitor cash flow, budget, and financial performance.
-Coordinate and manage audits.
-Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
-Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
-Prepare and analyze WIP (Work In Progress) reports.
-Handle day-to-day accounting tasks.
-Support operations as needed, ensuring smooth financial processes.
