Hybrid : 3-4 days on-site, Fridays remote (after onboarding).

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Clinical Coordination Supervisor to lead and manage a team of clinician coordinators in our Williamsburg, NY office. This hybrid role requires a motivated individual with a strong background in healthcare supervision and team management to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of 5 clinician coordinators, each managing approximately 60 clinicians.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring teams maintain full capacity and provide top-notch service.
- Act as a key problem-solver for complex cases and challenging customers.
- Foster a culture of professionalism and growth, elevating team performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to meet organizational goals and improve processes.
