Position Overview
The Service Coordination Supervisor will lead and oversee a team of service coordinators to ensure exceptional service delivery for patients under Medicaid programs. This role involves managing a team of 7-8 coordinators, hiring and training new staff, ensuring compliance, and driving patient retention through efficient operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Oversight
- Supervise and support a team of 7-8 service coordinators, including hiring, onboarding, and training.
- Act as a team lead, providing mentorship and driving accountability to meet performance goals.
- Manage caseload distribution (25 patients per coordinator) and ensure timely task execution.
- Delegate overflow paperwork to compliance representatives and maintain compliance standards.
