The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously , implementing accountability structures and KPIs , and fostering team collaboration across both field and office teams .
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 15 , including project managers, logistics, and field teams.
- Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously , ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Implement KPIs & accountability measures to track and improve team performance.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams , ensuring alignment with project and company objectives.
- Ensure strong client relationships , serving as the key point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.
- Optimize operational workflows to enhance communication, productivity, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with international teams .
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
