E-commerce Marketing Director
Location : USA, Remote (9-5)
Salary : Up to $150K (Based on Experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic E-commerce Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives for a high-growth e-commerce brand. This role requires an experienced professional who can drive digital marketing efforts, optimize performance across various channels, and develop data-driven strategies to accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with deep expertise in paid media, social media, affiliate marketing, SEO, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Growth
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
Align marketing objectives with overall business goals and drive performance-based growth.Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives, ensuring maximum ROI.Channel & Campaign ManagementOversee digital marketing channels, including paid media (Facebook, Google, TikTok), email / SMS, affiliate marketing, and social media.
Optimize website conversion rates, pricing strategies, and discount promotions.Manage PR, SEO, and influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility.Monitor key KPIs, including ROAS, AOV, CVR, CAC, and LTV, to refine marketing performance.Team Leadership & Vendor ManagementLead and mentor a marketing team, including social media managers, performance strategists, and product category managers.Manage external agencies and vendors to maximize efficiency and profitability.Oversee community engagement strategies to foster brand loyalty and customer interaction.Data-Driven Decision MakingUtilize analytics to track and optimize marketing campaigns.
Continuously test and implement new strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.Must-Haves
5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in direct-to-consumer (DTC).Proven success in leading multi-channel digital marketing efforts.Expertise in paid media, SEO, email / SMS marketing, affiliate programs, and social media.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.Experience managing teams and external agencies.Exceptional project management and communication skills.Why Join Us?
