We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Care Coordination Supervisor to lead and manage a dedicated team of 8-10 care coordinators at our Williamsburg office. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless staffing of home care cases, providing permanent caregiver placements for our 8,000 patients, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in home care staffing coordination and team lead experience. You will work closely with managers and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient team performance and optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of 8-10 coordinators, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
- Lead the staffing process to guarantee permanent caregiver placements for all cases.
- Elevate staffing challenges and solutions to managers when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with company standards and ensure patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in home care staffing coordination (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
