- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, ensuring accountability, clear communication, and timely project execution.
- Manage workflows and monitor progress using tools like Asana, ensuring team adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, sales, product development) and external vendors to support campaign needs and align marketing initiatives with cross-departmental goals.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials and collateral, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with company standards.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using data-driven insights to recommend improvements and drive results.
- Organize and oversee events, trade shows, and other promotional activities, ensuring seamless execution.
- Promote team accountability by maintaining clear roles and responsibilities and streamlining processes.
- Provide leadership and coaching to team members, fostering professional growth and creating opportunities for skill development.
