Responsibilities:
Oversee property operations across multiple states, ensuring efficient management and operational excellence.
Lead, support, and motivate on-site staff to consistently deliver outstanding results.
Collaborate with property teams to execute effective leasing and marketing strategies.
Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and safety standards.
Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue across the portfolio.
Perform periodic site visits to ensure consistent quality and property upkeep.
Requirements:
Proven success in a Regional Property Manager role overseeing multiple properties.
