Position Overview

We are a leading portfolio of fast-growing DTC e-commerce brands seeking an experienced E-commerce Copywriting Manager to craft impactful storytelling and content creation across diverse platforms. This role focuses on driving engagement, boosting conversions, and building brand presence. You will strategize, write, and oversee content execution while leading a team to ensure consistency, quality, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation

Develop and manage content calendars and campaign plans for all brands.

  • Write conversion-focused copy for ads, email, SMS, blogs, websites, and more.
  • Create compelling content hooks and align them with omnichannel strategies.
  • Creative Execution
  • Develop innovative content strategies that resonate across platforms.

  • Adapt brand voices for diverse audiences while maintaining clarity and consistency.
  • Team Leadership & Quality Control
  • Oversee and mentor freelancers and in-house copywriters.

  • Review content to ensure brand alignment and high-quality standards.
  • Optimization & Testing
  • Use research and analytics to refine content for engagement and conversions.

  • Implement A / B testing and SEO strategies for optimal performance.
  • Collaboration
  • Work with social media, marketing, creative, and SEO teams to align messaging across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels.

    Must-Haves

  • Proven success in copywriting and content strategy for e-commerce or DTC brands.
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams and freelancers.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a focus on conversions.
  • Familiarity with SEO, performance metrics (CVR, CTR), and A / B testing.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, thriving under deadlines in fast-paced settings.
  • Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional copywriting experience in e-commerce, DTC, or CPG.
  • 1–2 years in a leadership role managing content teams.
  • Expertise in brand voice development and multi-channel strategies.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and data-driven content improvement.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics and keyword optimization platforms.
