Role Description
This is a full-time role for a sales coordinator at Maid Brigade in our White Plains office. This is a unique position!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide accurate estimates and quotes for cleaning services.
- Follow up on leads, callbacks, and previous quotes to convert prospects into customers.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and customer retention.
- Maintain an organized CRM system to manage client interactions and sales progress.
- Proactively reach out to past customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service scheduling and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (experience in home services or cleaning industry is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to close sales and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
A confident, independent self-starter with competitive drive, initiative, a sense of urgency, and the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them. Can react and adjust quickly to changing conditions and come up with ideas for dealing with them.
You will assist in sales assistance to all customers, must have phone etiquette, customer inquiries and responses, managing office equipment, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication within the team.

This Role is full time M-F , 11-6 and Saturdays is a flex day both in office and remote for a 4 hours period of call backs.
