This position is in Hanover Ma; we will need candidates applying to live within a 25-30 minute commute. The position is FULL TIME Monday- Friday 7:45-4. We require applicants to have worked in residential homes as cleaners!!!

*Responsibilities*
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage house cleaning tasks effectively, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in residential/commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including sanitization practices and floor care methods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team .
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
