Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Carry out carpet cleaning and laundering of linens as needed to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to meet client specifications and expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Maintain an organized approach to cleaning tasks while managing time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled hours.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Experience in customer service roles will be beneficial for interacting with clients effectively.
