Cleaning Services Associate

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Carry out carpet cleaning and laundering of linens as needed to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to meet client specifications and expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
• Maintain an organized approach to cleaning tasks while managing time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled hours.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Experience in customer service roles will be beneficial for interacting with clients effectively.
• A willingness to learn new cleaning methods and techniques is essential for success in this role.

Schedule:

• Morning shift
• No nights
• No weekends

Ability to Relocate:

• Marquette, MI 49855: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
