Job Description: This description is flexible. We are a rising company with great leadership and vision; we make shifts and changes as we grow. This will either inspire you because you see that a great Director of Operations can help shape the position and you'll love being a part of this process, or it will scare you with thoughts of not having every process defined. We want someone excited about being a part of leading people while creating and perfecting systems and processes that can be followed by all and celebrating success as we grow. At this time, you can expect to:
- Monitor, manage and support all daily cleaning operations
- Support and grow the culture of our cleaning teams
- Screen and hire new cleaning team members
- Become the cleaning subject matter expert
- Develop and champion the company’s cleaner training program
- Implement and oversee new team member training through our trainers
- Manage labor budgets and supply costs
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Collaborate with our office and sales department to ensure smooth coordination and communication
- Monitor, report and analyze your cost of services, service revenue and other key predictive indicators
- Manage all cleaning supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management and senior leadership roles, particularly within operations.
- Strong strategic planning capabilities to drive organizational goals.
- Expertise in negotiation and business development to enhance operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated skills in project management and process improvement.
- Comprehensive knowledge of operations management and leadership principles.
- Familiarity with cleaning industry standards and practices is a plus.
Benefits
