Job Summary
The Branch Manager position for MaidPro is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, and ensuring that all activities align with the company's strategic goals. This role involves managing staff, driving sales growth, and enhancing client satisfaction while maintaining a profitable operation across our two Northern Michigan branches.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development and project management and will be based in either Gaylord or Traverse City, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Managing branch operations to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability.
- Enhancing the client experience with emphasis on growth and retention
- Maintaining a supportive, growth-oriented environment for your team of cleaning PROs
- Scheduling residential and commercial cleaning services
- Completing payroll, supply ordering, and other routine branch management tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills
- Experience in management, preferably in the service or hospitality industries
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with staff and clients effectively.
- Ability to use technology to stay connected with remote team members
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work autonomously within a team-based organization
