MaidPro South Miami, is a professional home cleaning services company, independently owned and operated. There are more than 150 locations in the USA.
MaidPro is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. Mostly, the candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, answering customer calls interested in our cleaning services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service and the ability to expand our recurrent customer client base.
**Duties:**
- Answer customer calls interested in receiving a Professional Home and Office cleaning service.
- Call customers that filled out online a request for an estimate.
- Follow up Customers, document progress using the Company's CRM.
- Implement effective strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Provide excellence throughout the sales process
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in Customer Service or Sales
- Ability to effectively provide a positive attitude and service and close deals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and Spanish
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with applications for sales tracking
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Must work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Fast learner with high levels of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality is a MUST
- Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize various projects at the same time
- Must be able to work well with a variety of people without creating or being a part of gossip or friction. A team player attitude is essential.
