Job Description
Established last mile delivery company is hiring for the key role of an AM Route Supervisor in our Orange, CA terminal. This is a key position in our Orange location that is responsible for one of our larger operations.
The AM Route Supervisor position is responsible for the daily dispatching of distribution stops, checking in drivers, maintaining safety and security policies, administrative support, and assisting with the day-to-day operational needs of the facility.
Accountabilities
o Supervise and provide leadership to employee drivers
o Reinforce policy and procedures as they relate to safety and security.
o Provide customer service and administrative support as needed
o Driver check-in and reconciliation
Qualifications
o 1-3 years of Supervisory Experience
o Computer/PC proficient
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as a team member
o Dependable
o Looking for someone who wants to grow with our organization and take their career to the next levels
Schedule:
o Monday to Friday, 4:00AM to 2:00PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,640.00 - $69,000.00 per year
