About us
MailPro is a locally and veteran-owned small business with locations in the Madison and Hampton Cove areas. We are looking for a full-time customer service associate/mailroom clerk to serve between the two locations.
Position Overview:
As a MailPro Employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of mail and packages for our clients. You will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, assisting customers with their inquiries, and contributing to the overall success of MailPro. There are 1 positions available: 1 Full-Time employee. Hours include Saturdays and will be split between the 2 locations as needed. We are closed for all major holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to clients
- Maintain accurate records of all mail transactions
- Operate store equipment including large scale printer, laminator, etc.
- Assist with inventory management of shipping supplies and materials
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently
- Other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience working in retail or shipping and receiving or customer service is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skillsAbility to lift packages up to 50lbsDependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience using a large-scale printer is a plus
