Team PlayerYou excel in communication and social skills, balancing dedication and hard work with a fun-loving attitude.Educational BackgroundYou have, or are close to obtaining, a Graduate degree in Business or Economics.Relevant ExperienceYou have 0-3 years of relevant professional experience (including internships) within the PE / M&A sector, preferably in IT.Analytical skillsYour strong analytical skills and understanding of financial and management accounting set you apart.Tech affiliatedYou have a keen interest in Software / IT companies or a strong desire to learn about them.Independent and OrganizedYou can work independently and set priorities in a dynamic work environment.BilingualYou have an excellent command in English, both spoken and written.Key Responsibilities Investment ProcessParticipate in the entire investment process as an active member of the investment team.Deal EngagementProactively engage with potential deal flow and portfolio companies.Data analysisAnalyze company and market information, establish financial models, and provide insights into investment and financing proposals.Documentation and ReportingPrepare Investment Proposals, assist with Quarterly Reporting, and organize events.Support LeadershipSupport Senior Investment Managers and Partners in daily activities and assist portfolio companies with strategic developments.The application process While the process may differ slightly for different roles or teams, the same basics apply.
