We have an immediate opening for a Dispatch/Customer Communications Support Specialist located at the Albany office. Our Customer Communications/Support Representatives understand the importance of teamwork and possess a “customer first” attitude. The right candidate also has excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and problem-solve, and can successfully work independently.
Qualifications:

- Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in electronic customer communications via email and online help is a plus.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Dispatch support for Service Technicians and Fuel Drivers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Maintain knowledge of our products & services so that you can successfully assist customers.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the company’s daily operations.
- Holiday coverage (rotation shared by all representatives)'

Schedule:
- 4 day - 10 hour shift: Wednesday – Saturday 11:00am – 10:00pm
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
