United States Citizenship (Dual citizenship not authorized) is required per government contract.
Main Sail is seeking an experienced SAP CATS Implementation Consultant to assist a Department of Energy client migrating time and labor tracking from Oracle to SAP. The consultant will configure SAP CATS for time evaluation, including new sub-schemas and rules, to generate wage types for overtime, shift premiums, and other pay requirements, as well as manage absence/attendance types and update absence quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure SAP CATS with new sub-schemas and rules for time evaluation.
- Support migration of time and labor data from Oracle to SAP.
- Generate wage types (e.g., overtime, shift premiums) and manage absence quotas.
- Validate and test configurations for accuracy and compliance.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3 years of SAP CATS and time evaluation expertise including schema and rules configuration.
- Proven experience migrating time and labor data from Oracle to SAP.
- Strong skills in configuring wage types, absence/attendance types, and quotas.
Duration/Location:
- Estimate 3-4 months
- Remote, with possible funded travel to Jonesborough, TN
