Main Sail is seeking an experienced UKG AutoTime Implementation SME to assist a Department of Energy client with the implementation and integration of AutoTime with SAP ECC 6.0. This person will be responsible for system configuration, integration planning, testing, and ensuring seamless workforce timekeeping and labor cost tracking. UKG AutoTime is comprehensive workforce management system designed for aerospace and defense companies. It leverages MES integration (Manufacturing Execution Systems) to measure employee performance and delivers real-time data that assists teams in optimizing business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and implement UKG AutoTime to support timekeeping and labor tracking.
- Develop and execute an integration strategy between AutoTime and SAP ECC 6.0.
- Assist with data migration, validation, and testing to ensure accuracy.
- Support user training, documentation, and troubleshooting during rollout.
