We are currently looking for a part-time administrative assistant to work in our Amesbury office 16-20 hours per week. We need a motivated, detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills, who is social media savvy and has a customer service background. Dispatch experiences a plus!

Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Communicate with customers (phone and email) in a responsible, customer friendly and timely manner
- Assist with daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Dispatch service calls to Technicians providing customer contact information, job address & description of service they will be providing
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with customer service requests and escalate issues to the appropriate management staff
- Provide support to technicians for parts follow up, address information, alternate site contacts, review of previous visits, etc.
- Enter new customer information into database
- Each day, call next day’s customers to confirm appointments
- Send out thank you cards after service and sales appointments
- Assist with marketing programs through direct mail and social media
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Filing
- Keep office organized and clean
- Perform miscellaneous job-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Advanced customer service skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Dispatcher experienced preferred but not required
- Organized with high level of attention to detail. Ability to work without direct supervision
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years overall customer service experience
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Suite
Salary : $20 - $23
