Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage patient scheduling and maintain accurate medical records.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality.
- Process patient payments and manage medical collections as needed.
- Collaborate with dental staff to streamline office operations and enhance patient experience.
- Utilize dental software for efficient record-keeping and appointment management.
