Objective: Assist in coordinating, creating, executing, and analyzing projects under the guidance of the Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, engagement, and overall marketing success.

Areas of Responsibility:
Email Marketing:
- Email Marketing Platforms & Tools: Proficiency in Lasso CRM and Constant Contact for designing, managing distribution lists, scheduling, and tracking email campaigns.
- Copywriting & Content Creation: Strong ability to craft engaging, persuasive, and error-free email contact that aligns with brand messaging and drives conversations.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Proficient in Google Analytics, platform-specific reporting tools, and A/B testing to measure campaign effectiveness, analyze metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and make data-driven improvements.
- Project Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple email campaigns simultaneously, ensure deadlines are met, maintain attention to detail, and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Digital Marketing:
- Website Optimization & SEO: Proficiency in updating website content, enhancing user
experience (UX), implementing SEO best practices, and troubleshooting technical issues to
optimize site performance. - Google Analytics & Reporting: Strong skills in using Google Analytics to track website traffic,
measure campaign performance, generate reports, and derive insights for continuous
improvement. - Social Media Content Creation & Management: Experience in planning, creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content across various social media platforms with an eye for branding
consistency and audience engagement. - Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, develop actionable insights, and propose creative solutions to improve digital marketing effectiveness.
Graphic Design:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and
InDesign for creating, editing, and enhancing high-quality visuals for various marketing
materials. - Versatile Design Capabilities: Ability to produce email graphics, digital advertisements, social
media visuals, and print materials with consistent branding and visual appeal. - Attention to Detail & Branding: Exceptional attention to detail in color correction, layout
precision, typography selection, and ensuring designs adhere to brand guidelines. - Creative Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Ability to conceptualize and execute creative
ideas that align with marketing objectives, while also effectively collaborating with marketing
team to meet project goals.
