We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. This role is all about balancing financial success, property maintenance, and top-notch tenant satisfaction—while keeping things fun along the way.
Duties:
- Keeping Properties in Tip-Top Shape: Regularly inspect properties, ensuring everything is safe, well-maintained, and up to standard.
- Solving Problems Like a Pro: Work with maintenance teams to address repairs and renovations before they become headaches.
- Being a Tenant Whisperer: Communicate effectively with tenants, answering their questions and handling issues with ease.
- Showing Off Our Spaces: Schedule and conduct property showings with enthusiasm, making potential renters feel excited about their future home.
- Delivering Important Notices: Make sure tenants stay in the know about lease updates, maintenance alerts, and policy changes.
- Capturing Picture-Perfect Listings: Take high-quality photos that highlight our properties’ best features (because great pictures bring in great renters!).
- Mastering the Key Game: Keep track of property keys like a pro—no lost keys, no stress!
- Collecting Quarters Like a Boss: Keep those on-site laundry machines running smoothly by handling coin collection and ensuring proper maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-years property management experience. (Preferred)
- Education: High-School Diploma. (Required)
- Licenses: Driver’s License (Required)
- Work Location: 425 S Adams St. Green Bay, WI 54301 & On-Site of assigned properties (betweenGreen Bay and Oshkosh along Hwy 41)
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must possess ability to multi-task and prioritize, manage time effectively, and problem-solve.
Compensation:
- Wages: $19/hr (40-hour work week)
- 80 hours paid time-off, increasing by 16 each calendar year, maximum of 40 hour rollover
- Company vehicle provided
