Description
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist patients and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our products, including usage and dosage recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Verify patient and customer identification
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Adhere to all state regulations and company policies
- Complete BCI and FBI fingerprint background checks for all employees
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical cannabis products and regulations is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be available to work weekends
- Complete BCI and FBI fingerprint background checks for all employees
Salary Range: $16 to $18 per hour
