The Town of Lisbon is seeking a skilled Planning Director to oversee and manage our planning, land use, and code enforcement functions. As the Planning Director, you'll play a pivotal role in providing technical expertise to municipal officials, collaborating with various boards and committees, and implementing essential planning and code regulations. Education and Experience :
- Bachelors or higher degree in land-use or urban planning, public administration, civil engineering, economic development, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of related municipal experience preferred; and experience in planning, project management, economic and community development, grant writing, or related field; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Membership in the American Institute of Certified Planners is desired.
