The Head Men's Golf Coach will lead the men's golf team to success by developing a positive team culture, fostering strong relationships with student-athletes, and creating a competitive edge through innovative coaching strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Head Coach of the men's golf program, responsible for teaching and training student-athletes.
- Conduct high-quality teaching in a humane learning environment.
- Organize and direct all aspects of a successful and competitive NCAA Division III program.
- Monitor and promote the academic and personal growth of student-athletes.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the athletic department to promote a positive athletic experience for student-athletes.
- Ensure compliance with NCAA and NAC bylaws.
