Unit Specific Information
Type of Patients on Unit : Respiratory, Medical Telemetry, some surgical, sepsis, DKA, Altered Mental Status, Failure to Thrive, Respiratory Failure, and most any acute on chronic medical condition.
Personality Fit : teamwork, flexibility, good communication, patient centered care
Additional Details
Pay period 7 = 1.01% productive compared to Grid Year to Date = 99% productive compared to Grid
Bean 5 has; 0.9 FTE on nights going per diem
1.8 FTE on nights transferring or resigning
2.7 FTE's from night shift transferring to day shift related to open positions
1.8 FTE's on night going out on LOA for 12 weeks
All of the above FTE's are counted in our vacancy rate of 11.40 FTE's, except for the LOA's
The two RN requisitions placed will keep Bean 5 at 10.2 FTE's for night shift, still below our vacancy rate.
