- Report directly to the Board of Trustees and provide regular updates on the museum's progress.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop a comprehensive strategic plan in collaboration with the Board of Trustees and museum leadership.
- Identify areas of need and seek resources to support the growth and development of the MMGM.
- Community Engagement and Partnerships:
- Develop and implement programs and activities that engage the community and promote the MMGM.
- Build relationships with schools, businesses, community organizations, and local governments.
- Fundraising and Marketing:
- Develop and execute fundraising plans to support the MMGM's operations.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote the museum.
