Customer Service Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products through effective communication and collaboration. Your ability to engage with customers and provide product demonstrations will be key to enhancing their experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in restocking products as needed.
• Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Perform basic math calculations to assist with transactions and inventory counts.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Basic math skills are necessary; familiarity with retail math is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork within the sales environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
