Job Summary
As a Loan Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the loan officers and ensuring the smooth processing of loan applications. Your attention to detail and knowledge of financial processes will be essential in this position.
Duties
- Assist our top producing loan officers with loan applications and gathering necessary documentation and assisting with the sales side of the business
- Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with borrowers to collect missing information or clarify details
- Maintain organized loan files and records
- Provide administrative support to the loan department
- Assist in preparing closing documents and coordinating loan closings
Qualifications
- Experience working at on the MORTGAGE BROKER side
- Familiarity with mortgage servicing, escrow, and banking procedures
- Experience working in a fast paced, high energy sales environment or with loan officers is a plus - past experience in sales or as a Loan Officer is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
