What are the responsibilities and job description for the BSA Risk Specialist position at Maine State Credit Union?
The Credit Union BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) Specialist is responsible for ensuring the credit union's compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and other anti-money laundering regulations. Assists in overseeing the credit union's BSA program and ensuring it is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Responsible for identifying, investigating, and reporting suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.

- Ideal candidate has 1 years of BSA experience.
- Knowledgeable of BSA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient with Verafin software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
