Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of ferry operations, including contract procurement and invoicing.
- Oversee the operation of internet infrastructure and ticketing services.
- Ensure proper training of staff and oversee security through the Facility Security Officer.
- Work closely with U.S. Coast Guard to ensure compliance and safety with Code of Federal Regulations.
- Collaborate with island stakeholders to maintain optimal customer service levels.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in program management and team leadership.
- Experience managing operating budgets of $15 Million annually or more.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, with experience in the maritime industry a plus.
